How do I know my clothing size?

For the most accurate calculation, you can have yourself measured by a store employee or tailor. Alternatively, you can also ask for help from a friend, partner, or family member. Keep the following points in mind:

• Chest circumference
  Place the measuring tape horizontally across your chest just below your armpits at the level of your nipples.
• Waist circumference
  Hold the measuring tape horizontally just above the navel to measure the narrowest point of your waist.
• Hip circumference
  For this, take the tape measure over the widest point of your hips, just below the buttocks.
• Sleeve length
  Extend your arm and place the measuring tape from the center of your neck to your wrist.
• Inseam length
  Measure this by placing the tape from your crotch to the ankle.
